Product Details
Rosé by Queylus is a factor of Niagara cabernet franc likely drawn from both Bench and lower-land sites, combined for elevated colour and deep blush sensibility. A bit of a serious example, edging into red wine territory, with extract, phenols and tannin. A truly sapid wine, chock full of fruity meets sweetly vegetal flavours, best served alongside nightshades and pork (marinated sirloin or tenderloin) off of the grill. Drink date: 2026-2028. Tasted June 2026.
