100% whole cluster to fill the tank. Pretty fresh crimson. Lovely fresh cherries, much fresher than the Brouillards. Plenty of energy, very lively, just enough fruit for the structure of ripe enough tannins and firm acidity. Cherries again to finish. Drink from 2026-2032.
