The 2023 Domaine des Cambes is endowed with serious depth and intensity. Swaths of tannin wrap around a core of dark red plum, blood orange, spice, new leather and cedar. Floral, citrus and spice overtones reappear on the finish, adding raciness and flair. A wine of real substance, Domaine des Cambes should be terrific after a few years in bottle. Drinking window: 2025-2035.
