The 7th generation winemakers at La Pintancerie restored this estate, which was created in the 13th century by Cistercian monks. This Blanc de Blanc is made with 100% Chardonnay from estate vineyards. Expect generous aromas and flavours of citrus and white fruit with fine, persistent bubbles. Pair with shellfish.
