Generous aromas of lemon pith, oyster shells, sourdough and Asian pears. The palate is quite complex and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a finely beaded mousse. A very giving and bold Champagne with nice depth of flavor and a well-balanced finish. 8 g/L dosage. Drink now [through 2030+].
