This eclectic blend is irreverently named for the flock of sheep that nearly ruined the harvest by munching the grapes, but were discovered just in time to reduce yields perfectly. The wine is bursting with fresh passion fruit, guava, melon and white peach, all lifted by refreshingly bright acidity. Pair with chicken burgers topped with avocado and tangy mango salsa.
