Product Details
From 30-year-old vines planted in Chablis's classic Kimmeridgian soils, this wine was fermented and aged in a 50-50 combination of stainless steel and oak. The oak adds a fine richness to this grand cru, making for a round, relatively powerful and weighty expression. There's plentiful citrus atop the refined minerality. This is a wine for food; enjoy it with grilled fish or poultry.
