Product Details
The 2018 Bressia Profundo is a blend of 50% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot from Agrelo and 10% Syrah from Vistaflores, 100% aged for 12 months in a fifth new barrels and foudres. Purplish red in the glass. The aromatic profile offers gentle notes from the aging process, such as sandalwood and a hint of hazelnut. Faint plum and raspberry aromas appear with a little spice and dark fruit. The intense palate showcases finely-grained, juicy tannins against a fruity backdrop. This is a delicate wine that delivers excellent complexity already but will improve further in the bottle. Drinking window: 2025-2035.
