Sylvaner (Silvaner in its native Germany) develops a relatively full-bodied character in Alsace. This wine comes from old vines grown in the clay, limestone and chalk soils of the Bollenberg Vineyard, which is renowned for producing wines with impressive aromatics and drive. Expect tangy citrus, some savoury undertones, and an undeniable minerality. A great match for charcuterie, tofu dishes or salads.
