Product Details
From one of France's most prestigious rosé wine regions, this lovely number is made from mourvèdre (65%), grenache (20%), and cinsault (15%). It's definitively dry with a deceptively pale colour that might not prepare you for the quite intense and well-focused flavours. Look for tart red cherry and berries, all complemented by perfectly balanced acidity. This is a wine you can enjoy on its own, but its style really calls out for food. Drink it now, while it's fresh and youthful, or by 2028 at the latest. (Tasted March 2026)
