Product Details
Marlborough's first vineyard and winery, established in 1892, tells the history of their land with exemplary pinot noir. Fruit comes from the steep clay hillside of Auntsfield, picked at the precise millisecond of opportunity to harness juiced pomegranate, blood orange and ripe cherries. There is a mesh of fine tannins, scintillating and driving acidity, and oak spice, however subtle, supports the whole package for longevity. This five-year-old wine is a dream - perfumed and concentrated with elegant pillars of texture. You simply have to taste it to believe it. Magnificent. Drink from: 2025. Drink by: 2038.
