This 100% Assyrtiko is fermented and aged in stainless steel on lees for six months. Fruity aromas of melon, pear and citrus fruit with mineral and herbal notes. Fresh and intense fruit on the palate with notes of lemongrass, melon and crisp green apple, with generous acidity through to the finish. Pair with fried fish.
